Roles and Permissions

Every person on the platform has one role. This page shows exactly what each role can and cannot do, so nobody can change work that belongs to another part of the business.
The five roles
Owner
Registers the company. Full access, controls billing and who is on the platform.
Admin
Appointed by the owner and uses a paid admin place. Full day-to-day access and settings.
Team member
Company-wide work, but no admin panel, settings or billing.
Sales
Sees only their sales office and the orders linked to it.
Warehouse
Sees only their warehouse, to receive deliveries by date.

Rules that always apply
- Only the owner can appoint or remove an admin, and only while a paid admin place is free.
- Removing someone from the platform signs them out and blocks them from signing in again.
- Nobody can remove the owner, and the owner's role cannot be changed.
- Warehouse people can receive deliveries but cannot create them.
- Sales people only see their own sales office and the orders linked to it.
- Places are enforced by the system for each kind, so you can never exceed what you pay for.
